By the end of 2020, Ghostrunner had sold more than 500,000 copies. The result is much higher than expected. The CEO of the publisher All in! Games, Piotr Zygadlo, does not hide his satisfaction with the chosen strategy and the outcome:
“When we set the goal at the start of our cooperation with One More Level studio, we assumed that total sales would reach 400,000 copies. An expert was guided by such estimates when evaluating the company's valuation. That level was achieved in just two months, so we are very pleased with the sales. After the game rose to the top spots on Steam's global wishlist prior to the premiere, our appetite grew significantly. Half a million units sold across all stores and platforms is a result that delights us and shows that strategically we are moving in the right direction.”
And that is not all. Following the release of the winter DLC and Hardcore Mode, Ghostrunner will receive intensive support in 2021. Plans include further updates and the release of a major expansion, promotional campaigns, and an announcement that will be of interest to next-gen console owners.
