Insider shinobi602 has shared unconfirmed information about the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition collection, which includes all installments of the original trilogy along with all story DLCs.
shinobi602 hinted that the collection will be shown to the public next week. The insider told one user who was weary of waiting for news about Mass Effect: Legendary Edition to “make it through one more weekend.”
According to the insider, the collection will be more than just a straightforward port with high-resolution textures. This is especially true for the first game. Players shouldn't expect updated graphics on the level of Halo 2 Anniversary or similar remakes, but “a lot of work has definitely been put in, not just on the visuals, but also when it comes to gameplay mechanics.”
