Calculator for Switch – one of the best “games” in recent years

A calculator titled Calculator for Nintendo Switch priced at 809 rubles sparked massive interest among players a few weeks after its release. Users have been en masse playfully posting positive reviews of the product on Metacritic.

As a result, the average user score after 428 reviews is 9.1 out of 10 points, placing the project in an elite group. For example, Mario 3D World, Marvel's Spider-Man, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and Assassin's Creed Valhalla have lower ratings.

“There are so many twists in the last half hour. I’m impressed by how far the developers went. They didn’t save anything for the sequel, which is definitely coming,” writes user LamontRaymond.

“In my humble opinion, this is without a doubt the most revolutionary game in history. Magnificent graphics, art style, and sound design that would put John Williams [composer who wrote soundtracks for the films ‘Home Alone’, ‘Jaws’, ‘Superman’, and many others] to shame. Flawless controls, gorgeous levels, countless original gameplay mechanics,” enthuses conchobar99.

There is even one review online from Gfinity. Editor Henry Stockdale gives it an 8 out of 10:

“With a balanced character roster, quick load times, a minimalist design, and a creative sandbox structure, Calculator fully delivers on everything Sabec set out to do.”
