Bethesda has released a cinematic trailer for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game The Elder Scrolls Online. The trailer is timed to coincide with the PC release of the “Blackwood” update.

The “Blackwood” update includes a new location, a new storyline centered around an “ambitious conspiracy”, the “Rockgrove” 12-player trial, new side quests, and new gear. In Blackwood, portals to the Deadlands can be encountered, where challenging battles against Daedra await the heroes.

The hero can travel across Tamriel in the company of companions. Companion progression and the ability to “increase (or decrease) rapport with a companion” are included.

The “Blackwood” update will arrive on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on June 8.
