Following in the footsteps of Belle Delphine. Backers of The Binding of Isaac board game expansion will receive bath water

The premiere of the warmly received board game The Binding of Isaac was supposed to conclude the story, but it seems series creator Edmund McMillen has no intention of stopping.

On the contrary, in recent weeks the creator of the series has been active, hosting livestreams and crowdfunding for the massive expansion The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem. One of the sponsorship tiers includes bathwater from the developer's bath. It will be received by users who donate at least $2,000 to the campaign.

The idea is not original. It was previously used by British internet celebrity and streamer Belle Delphine.

At the time of publication, the Kickstarter campaign has raised over $6 million from more than 44,000 backers. Meanwhile, the minimum goal was set at $100,000. More generous backers will receive exclusive game boards, posters, T-shirts, collectibles, a hand-crafted card, and other perks. Details can be found on the crowdfunding page.
