“The Lonely Korean” returns in a cinematic PUBG trailer

The video is dedicated to the new Taego map for the battle royale PUBG. It seems that the Korean man's escape was a success.

The protagonist of the recently released prequel film to the battle royale Playerunknown's Battlegrounds sets out to explore the new Taego map.

The size of the new location is 8x8 kilometers. Two new mechanics will be in effect here. Players will now be able to attempt to “resurrect” if they fall in combat.

Comeback BR works like this: players are moved to a separate location where they fight for the right to return to the battle. This mechanic and zone are an analogue of the “Gulag” from Call of Duty Warzone.

At the end of the trailer, they demonstrate how the Self AED item, which can be found on the map, works. It allows players to “get back on their feet” without a teammate's help.

On PC, the Taego map will appear with the upcoming update, the release of which is scheduled for July 7.
