Nintendo Switch has received full integration with audio devices (headsets, headphones, speakers) that can be conveniently connected to the console. The option does not work with microphones, but it allows using, for example, headphones and two wireless controllers. However, it should be emphasized that during local wireless multiplayer matchmaking, this option does not work.
The list of new features does not end there: firmware 13.0.0 also offers an update for the dock with a LAN port, which will appear on the new Nintendo Switch. In addition, you can use the option to “maintain” a wired internet connection while the console is in sleep mode (enabled by default).
The Japanese manufacturer has also improved analog stick calibration and added the ability to check whether the network connection uses 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.
