A mod for DOOM has been announced on Twitter. The main villain will be Margaret Thatcher, also known as the “Iron Lady,” trying to break out of Hell.
The official description reads: “Faced with the return of one of humanity’s greatest threats, you have no choice but to journey into the TENTH CIRCLE OF HELL [referencing Great Britain and Northern Ireland]”.
Promised features include 5 difficulty levels, co-op support, and deathmatch. The voice cast features the actress who lent her voice to Demeter in Hades. The soundtrack is composed by Barry Topping, who previously worked on Paradise Killer and Jack B. Nimble.
The Thatcher’s Techbase mod for DOOM is scheduled for release on September 24. It will be available completely free of charge.
