The long-awaited DLC still has no release date. The expansion was announced in March, and given the size of the country, one can guess that the work will take longer than on a standard DLC for the game.
A part of Russia, Kaliningrad Oblast, is already represented in the Beyond the Baltic Sea expansion. In Heart of Russia, players will be able to visit Moscow, other major cities, and further east. Naturally, the entire country should not be expected; the developers plan to design routes up to the Volga region and leave the rest for the future. Special focus is placed on river systems, including the Volga and the Oka, and the design of bridges.
