Santiago “Dozer” Espinoza turned out to be quite a problematic operative (specialist) for the developers. His shield was impervious to firearms and even large-caliber cannons. The developers initially disabled the dangerous gadget, but soon brought it back.

If you back into a corner, raise the shield, then go into settings and change the graphics quality, upon exiting the menu the player should pass (“fall”) through the wall.
