Work on fixing the remaster collection Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition hasn’t stopped. Rockstar Games reminded everyone about the product with a new message on Twitter.
As they stated: “New patches are coming next week for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition across all platforms. We appreciate the community’s patience and support”.
The word “patches” is used, and it wasn’t explicitly clarified whether this means a single patch across multiple platforms or if a series of patches is in the works. The patch notes have also not been revealed yet.
The Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition collection last received a patch in 2021. According to rumors, a Steam release is in the works.
