Apex Legends kill leader and EA partner banned for cheats

An Apex Legends player's impressive performance raised certain suspicions. The community succeeded in getting the player banned for cheats

A Brazilian player has caught the attention of the free-to-play battle royale Apex Legends community. Competing under the nickname FeuFPS, the kill leader, Electronic Arts partner, and Apex Legends Global Series participant was playing suspiciously well.

The community took action when several professional players accused him of cheating, alleging that he could see through obstacles. Evidence of cheat usage began to appear on social media in February.

It seems that a large number of reports accumulated. Punishment caught up with the Brazilian player, and his account was banned.

FeuFPS insists on his innocence: “I have been accused [of cheating] since the game was released [3 years ago]. I have over 9,000 hours played... I am being accused by people trying to ruin three years of playing. I livestream everything I do while playing Apex Legends…”.
