DICE is working on a massive update. The files will hit the servers in April with hundreds of changes. The developers are talking about bug fixes, vehicle balance adjustments, and weapon model behavior. A message to the game community emphasizes that all details will be published right before the update is released, and this is a teaser. The team makes it clear that work on the game continues. 

Battlefield 2042 will receive two important features – voice chat and an improved scoreboard.

It is unlikely that several hundred changes will turn the game into a polished product. The developers will soon “celebrate” five months since release, but Battlefield 2042 has failed to live up to the expectations of the community, which was waiting for impressive changes and a revolution.
