This in-game tracker covers main and side quests, as well as other activities. You can check what content has been completed in a specific act or expansion, such as “Blood and Wine”.

A separate submenu for gear-related quests:

The tracker operates in semi-automatic mode. When the corresponding setting is enabled, quests will be marked automatically. However, activities in “Events” must be marked manually, as no way has been found yet to track their completion in the game code.
