The popular PC indie survival game Valheim will arrive on consoles and Xbox Game Pass in spring 2023.

The news was revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, and developers from Iron Gate studio also confirmed full crossplay support between Xbox and Steam players. There is no word on cross-progression yet, but it may be coming later. The game will be available on PC Game Pass in fall 2022.

Valheim remains one of Embracer Group’s most popular franchises: over 10 million copies have been sold in a year. The game sold so well that it boosted publisher Coffee Stain’s revenue by 700% after launch.
