A developer under the nickname jquaidark has presented the mod “GTA Vice City: The Final Remastered Edition”. He decided to create a remaster of Rockstar’s iconic crime action game.
Work on this mod took 2 years. He made sure there would be no unexpected crashes.
The mod author highlighted several features in addition to HD textures and improved traffic, such as swimming (the protagonist of GTA Vice City was infamous for drowning easily). He borrowed the vegetation for the game world from Vice Cry.
