On Steam alone, it is the third-largest launch in the history of studio CyberConnect2, trailing only Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, which reached 25,000 and 7,200 concurrent players at their peak, respectively, while the JoJo remaster achieved 7,029 players on launch day.
