Kojima’s tweet is a reference to a poster that appeared during Tokyo Game Show in 2022. It depicted a woman whose face was obscured by the words “Who am I?”. Some internet users believe that the shadowed figure might be actress Elle Fanning.
Others think it is Margaret Qualley, who played “Mama” in Death Stranding.
The cryptic messages could be a teaser for either Death Stranding 2 or the unannounced horror game Overdose, which was mentioned by insider Tom Henderson.
The Game Awards 2022 kicks off on December 8.
