The Re-Logic team continues to support Terraria with updates to this day. At some point, it was decided to release a final update, but years go by and the number of “final” updates keeps growing.
In September, update 1.4.4 was introduced for Terraria, and recently update 1.4.5 was confirmed. The creators of the game intend to organize a Terraria x Dead Cells crossover.
Re-Logic is shutting down for December. The creators of Terraria have decided to go on vacation and will return to work in January.
The final update 1.4.5 is planned for release in 2023.
