Sonic Frontiers and Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope returned to the UK top ten chart

There are minor changes in the UK physical game sales charts linked to the Christmas holidays.

FIFA 23 remains at No. 1, with sales up 16% compared to the previous week. It is followed by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (up 2%), then God of War: Ragnarok (down 7%), Mario Kart 8: Deluxe remains in 4th place (down 4%), Pokémon Violet takes sixth place (down 8%), and Nintendo Switch Sports remains in 6th place (sales unchanged).

The biggest difference – Sonic Frontiers returned to the chart in seventh place thanks to a price drop. The Nintendo Switch version was the best-selling edition of the game last week.

Another game that returned to the chart thanks to a discount is Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. Ninth place.

As for recent releases, The Callisto Protocol dropped out of the top 20 to 22nd place. Need for Speed: Unbound took 28th place, and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion fell to 30th position.
