The modification Talking Heads Addon, which added “talking heads” (animations) to Fallout 2, inspired a modder known as BlackElectric1. He decided to create a full voiceover for Fallout 2.
BlackElectric1 is currently casting actors to give voices to dozens of characters. The voice acting is planned not only for key persons. More than 100 characters need to be voiced (several thousand lines).
BlackElectric1 is now offering a chance to evaluate the alpha version of the mod. With this mod, only 17 persons will speak in Fallout 2.
