A player nicknamed defearl drew the Overwatch 2 community’s attention to how the game has been transformed. In the new version of the competitive shooter, the weapon design of one of the characters has been seriously reworked.
The redesign affected Roadhog. Now the weapon has two separate openings, visually resembling a pig snout.
For some players, the weapon update came as a pleasant discovery. It was quickly dubbed something worthy of the “2” in Overwatch 2.
Commenters raised the question of how only one projectile is fired when using alternate fire (given that there are 2 barrels). An answer was found: one is for primary fire, and the second is for alternate fire.
