The developers shared additional information about the new version of the game. Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation VR 2 will receive a free update for PlayStation 5, allowing players to experience “all cars and tracks” from the main version of the game. In more than 450 cars, players can look around the vehicle during gameplay.
The developers leveraged all the capabilities of the device – eye tracking and foveated rendering will allow players to experience “stunning visual fidelity” during the race.
The studio confirmed that GT7 on PS VR2 will not support two-player split-screen gameplay. However, all other races, including online races, will be available.
