A battle pass equivalent appeared in WoW and broke. Blizzard disabled refunds for purchased items

World of Warcraft continues to be developed. New content is not always deployed smoothly right away, leading to difficulties

The Trading Post was added to World of Warcraft, but something went wrong. Players started complaining about various technical issues, and the developers had to take action.

Blizzard acknowledged the problems. The Trading Post in World of Warcraft was temporarily disabled to investigate the issues.

Some World of Warcraft players managed to buy something but received nothing (i.e., simply spent currency). Blizzard is also investigating this issue; item refunds have been disabled.

Some World of Warcraft fans believe Blizzard could use a few QA testers so that such launch issues do not occur. Blizzard launches are accompanied by technical issues far too often. There is an opinion that the test realm build ran better, and a different build was deployed to the live World of Warcraft servers.
