The most pressing question is: “Will the servers hold up?”. Last week, when pre-order customers and players with codes began testing, major issues arose with the Diablo 4 infrastructure. Players had to wait in long queues, and during gameplay, they faced various glitches and server disconnects.
Blizzard fixed bugs and announced patches, but the real challenge will be this upcoming weekend, which will prove to be a decisive trial ahead of the June launch.
From March 24 to 26, the Diablo 4 open beta test will take place, allowing console and PC fans to dive into the Prologue and complete the entire first act. The developers will grant access to five character classes – Barbarians, Rogues, Sorcerers, Necromancers, and Druids. By participating in the trial, players can look forward to three surprises on launch day.
