Left 4 Dead 3 trace found in Counter-Strike 2 files once again
Translated with AI from the Russian original.
Counter-Strike 2 dataminers continue to stumble upon interesting things. Left 4 Dead 3 has surfaced once again
Recently, dataminer Gabe Follower obtained an exe file of a CS GO build on Source 2 (this happened before the official announcement of Counter-Strike 2). Back then, while examining it, he stumbled upon a mention of left4dead3.
The supposed Left 4 Dead threequel was once again spotted in the files of Counter-Strike 2. Judging by the available information, there is not much reason for fans of the L4D franchise to rejoice.
The priority variable associated with Left 4 Dead 3 was set to none.
In 2020, Valve responded to rumors about the development of Left 4 Dead 3, stating: “…we are not currently working on anything L4D-related, nor have we for many years”.
