Another bug has been discovered in Genshin Impact, but it is not bad at all. It allows turning the player’s technical companion named Paimon into a full-fledged one (she usually only appears in cutscenes).
Content creator Mockermay published instructions on turning Paimon from Genshin Impact into a full companion. The bug is performed before starting the Fungi Mechanicus event, and you will need a partner to join the game.
You need to teleport as Mockermay shows, then aim and jump down onto the NPC Paimon standing below. Mid-fall, you need to open the game menu. If you follow Mockermay’s actions correctly, Paimon will appear and begin following the player.
After getting Paimon as a companion, you can leave co-op mode. Teleporting or opening the Paimon menu will disable the bug.
