The creators of Atomic Heart reminded about the release of a book with the telling title “Atomic Heart. The Backstory of ‘Facility 3826’”. One of the Twins is featured on the cover.

Harald Horf is listed as the author of the book, and the fan wiki states about him: “in the game's credits, he is mentioned as the lore keeper and author of the initial story concept”.
