Another fan of virtual investments found himself in an unpleasant situation. This time, a 17-year-old guy decided to invest in Counter-Strike Global Offensive in order to sell a skin at a profit and make some extra money.
The young investor began saving the money his mother gave him. Through this simple method, he managed to save up 14 thousand. He “invested” the money into a Counter-Strike Global Offensive skin.
Later, he found a buyer who was willing to purchase the skin for more money. However, the investor was not able to buy a guitar with the profit as he had originally planned — the buyer received the skin, blocked the gullible seller, vanished into thin air, and paid nothing. The defrauded investor contacted the police.
