User BobNetworkUK has gained access to screenshots from the alpha version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, developed by Sledgehammer Games. Reportedly, the developers will “fix the main issues” of last year’s installment.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will feature the classic minimap, as well as the “Ninja” perk, which, according to recent information, will be tied to gear — perks will now be activated by using the corresponding clothing items. For example, “Ninja” will come with a pair of boots, while another piece of gear will grant the “Marathon” perk.
The latest Call of Duty installment is also expected to feature the War mode known from Call of Duty: WW2, but no graphical revolution should be expected – the game will look similar to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, players will receive “classic maps from previous games in the Call of Duty series”. Rumors have been confirmed that the game will feature several familiar locations, which should positively impact the reception of the game.
