Recently, a notable bug in Diablo 4 came to light. Players were unhappy that a season required a new character, and they really took a liking to the glitch allowing them to transfer a regular character into seasonal content.
Blizzard, however, did not appreciate it. The Diablo 4 developers noticed the loophole, struck down the violators, and rolled out a fix.
Diablo 4 players have been banned. Judging by a message, it does not affect everyone, but only “some” violators. Other players are demanding that Blizzard impose sanctions on everyone who exploited the bug.
