Starfield early access buyers left without the game. Intel graphics card issues won’t be fixed until next week at the earliest

The Starfield Premium Edition offers digital bonuses and early access, but far from all buyers will get to step into the role of a pioneer

Starfield early access has launched, and some buyers of the premium edition have found themselves virtually unable to play. Issues are being reported by users with Intel Arc graphics cards: Starfield fails to launch, takes 30–40 minutes to load, and suffers from severe graphical glitches.

This is not just a “minor local glitch”; on social media, Intel itself confirmed the presence of issues with Starfield on Intel Arc. Fixes are being worked on, but the release is expected only next week (with no specific date yet).

It turns out that some buyers of the Starfield premium edition will lose several days of early access — the edition includes various digital bonuses, so the affected players will still receive something.
