Epic Games puts entrepreneurs who made a living on Rocket League out of work. The game received mixed reviews on Steam

Radical changes are brewing in Rocket League. Over the years, a community of entrepreneurs has grown around the game, and now they find themselves in an unpleasant situation

Rocket League features many cosmetic items. Players traded actively (exchanged items), and an entire business empire of trading platforms was built around it.

However, it was recently announced that player-to-player item trading in Rocket League will be disabled: this radical policy shift caused a wave of discontent. The game began getting review-bombed on Steam, and its reviews are already mixed.

Entrepreneurs who made a living from Rocket League took a serious blow. People like the creators of the Rocket League Garage platform have effectively been left without jobs.

Developers at Psyonix previously accommodated and helped the creators of trading platforms; such a controversial decision is being attributed directly to Epic Games.
