Recently, Baldur's Gate 3 fans discovered a scene with Karlach where the heroine realizes that she is inside a game. Now, they have found a short scene featuring the heroine's erotic fantasies.
Karlach is fiery and hot in every sense, so simply touching her is not possible. In the secret scene, the heroine fantasizes about what would happen if she could be freely touched.
She imagines Dammon as her partner: according to Karlach's idea, while checking her heart, she should take Dammon by the chin, and then they lock into a passionate kiss. Karlach does not particularly develop the idea, and the scene meaningfully cuts off right at the most interesting part — with a bit of imagination, one could see this as breaking the fourth wall.
