The editorial team received confirmation that the expansion is in development, and PlayStation is preparing for the announcement. A convenient moment to showcase it would be a PlayStation event dedicated to developers' schedules for the next few months, or The Game Awards ceremony. However, what the company's plans will look like remains unclear.
It is worth noting that this rumor somewhat aligns with reports from insider The Snitch, who hinted in August that an expansion for God of War Ragnarok could arrive next year, and several months ago Santa Monica Studio was already at an advanced stage of work.
