Insomniac Games leak will make Marvel's Wolverine playable not only on PC, but also on jailbroken PlayStation 5

Insomniac Games recently suffered a major cyberattack. Hackers leaked not only the studio's roadmap, but also the source code of Marvel's Wolverine. As a result, the game became playable on PC.

The game will soon also be available on jailbroken PlayStation 5 consoles, just like the recent PC build. The person who created the port claims that it is already working and only needs a few tweaks.

Compared to the PC build, this port will be accessible to few. Since the PS5 jailbreak is relatively recent, few people are experimenting with such features.

Nevertheless, cyberattacks are becoming a common occurrence, causing alarm across the industry. Earlier in 2023, GSC Game World*, the studio developing Stalker 2, was also hit by a similar attack, which resulted in the leak of over 200 GB of data.

Marvel's Wolverine is expected to be among the biggest PlayStation games in 2026.
