Now, creators have decided to make a visual novel in the “Rus vs. Lizards” setting titled “Rus Are Not Against Lizard Girls”. The developers didn’t hold back, offering plenty of content for adult gamers (Steam requires logging into an account and confirming age before viewing the page).
In “Rus Are Not Against Lizard Girls”, fierce battles give way to a somewhat different kind of relationship:
“The fates of the bogatyr Ratibor and the lizard warrior Veinte become intertwined when her squad steals the idol of the god of debauchery and fertility from a Rus village. The feud between the bogatyr and the lizard could lead to the demise of both peoples, but will they be able to set aside their prejudices and make love, not war?”
“Rus Are Not Against Lizard Girls” promises an authentic tale of the great exploits of the ancient Rus in the war against the lizards, a branching storyline, naked Rus maidens, and hot female lizard warriors as well. At the same time, the gameplay is not limited to “clicking through dialogue lines”; it features match-3 mechanics. Voice acting was also prepared for the spicy scenes, but issues arose with the Russian localization (“Force majeure intervened”) — players will have to read the subtitles.
“Rus Are Not Against Lizard Girls” boasts a rather high rating on Steam: 96% positive reviews out of 200 reviews.
Recently, the action RPG “Smuta” was released, and some reviewers have been taking jabs at it, such as Nelli:
“The plot is far more interesting and closer to History than the whole SMUTA.”
