Japanese role-playing game The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak 2 will officially launch in the West

The developers at Nihon Falcom give fans no rest. The first The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak was released just a few days ago, and it is already time to prepare for the sequel.

There is no denying that 2024 has become the year of the Japanese gaming industry: some of the best projects were released over the past six months, and it seems the second half of 2024 will be no different. As for 2025, Nihon Falcom has announced the release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak 2.

The Western version of The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak recently launched on consoles and PC, earning praise from both fans and reviewers. At Anime Expo, the release window for the continuation of this grand murder mystery tale was officially confirmed. The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak 2 will arrive on PC, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch in early 2025. The studio has maintained a rapid release pace, as each new Trails title sells quite well.
