Frostpunk was bought every 2.3 seconds during the Steam Summer Sale. 11 bit studios' game became a big hit

While waiting for the next Frostpunk, players are not getting bored. Some decided to join the first installment during the Steam sale.

The launch of Frostpunk 2 is expected in September 2024, and in the meantime, fans have the original game. A major summer sale took place on Steam, and this game by 11 bit studios was also part of it.

According to data from the developers, Frostpunk became a huge hit on PC on Steam. They managed to sell around 400 thousand copies:

“Imagine over 400,000 new people arriving in your city in less than 2 weeks! What would you do with such an impressive workforce?”.

This means a copy of Frostpunk was purchased “on average” every 2.3 seconds of the sale.
