Recently, the creators of Warframe revamped the concept of one of the warframes. Digital Extremes decided to hold a free giveaway in honor of the update.
Until October 16, 2024, logging into Warframe will grant Caliban as a gift — you will need to claim him from your Inbox message folder:
“Caliban’s abilities have received sweeping changes — he is not only more powerful now, but also better conveys the feeling of Sentient might. This rework officially introduced Tau damage, which Caliban inflicts in large amounts.
Razor Gyre has become a “breakthrough tool” that inflicts status effects, while Sentient Wrath is now more in line with the crowd control abilities typical of other warframes. Casting Lethal Progeny will summon new types of Sentient allies, and Fusion Strike received quality-of-life improvements for a more satisfying experience”.
Some Warframe fans who did not yet have Caliban in their collection welcome this initiative.
