Warner recently announced a re-release of the 2016 bundle. The LEGO Harry Potter Collection includes all installments and add-ons, and console players can expect 60fps. Furthermore, the developers have upgraded the visuals, including 4K resolution.
According to players on Reddit, the differences are minor and definitely not worth spending 20 dollars on. The upgrade costs twice as much as those offered by Sony. Horizon Zero Dawn offers far more improvements and costs 9.99 dollars.
“Aspyr gave us 3 Tomb Raider remasters for 30 dollars. That means one remaster costs 10 dollars, even for those who don’t own the previous games. Warner Bros insulted us all with such a price tag and this ‘remaster’ that looks more like a mod with maxed-out settings.”
Trophy hunters will also be dissatisfied, as the LEGO Harry Potter Collection comes with only one Platinum (the previous remaster featured two trophies).
LEGO Harry Potter Collection is available on PS5, XSX|S, and PC.
