Recently, Lucas Pope, previously known for Return of the Obra Dinn and Papers, Please, has made his presence felt once again. The developer has returned with a new small game.
Moida Mansion runs in a browser and features a retro aesthetic in the style of Nintendo Game & Watch. The protagonist sets off to a creepy mansion to rescue friends — members of the Adventure Club went into the mansion after their mascot turtle, which wandered into it, breaking the rule “stay away from Moida Mansion”, and ended up trapped.
To advance in Moida Mansion, you will need to explore the estate: simply walking around won't attract the local monster, but activating the search function will alert it to the player, as it makes noise. However, the monster has poor vision, and if you keep quiet, over time it should calm down and leave.
Moida Mansion also features puzzles and secret passages.
