Winter arrives in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and ATS with snow and updated graphics. Return to Winterland event presented with gifts

The winter holidays don’t skip Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. The season of special deliveries begins.

The creators of the truck driving simulators  Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator have announced the return of the winter event “Return to Winterland”. Players will be able to expand their collection of truck decoration items.

As usual, a World of Trucks account will be required to complete “external” event contracts in ETS 2 and ATS:

“Get ready for an unforgettable Christmas adventure! Join us on our journey back to Christmas Winterland, where you will deliver supplies and gift packages across the globe. We challenge the community — you need to collect 200 "Snowflakes" for cities around the world for each of the 5 tiers — 1,000 Snowflakes in total. Each tier unlocks a special cabin item reward, with a design inspired by the five festive Winterland depots!”.

This time, the graphics of the event locations will be slightly different — players are expected to get a chance to see some sunshine:

“This year, the weather in Winterland has changed a bit. Brighter, sunnier days await you than before, with beautiful views and a fresher, crisper feel. But don’t be fooled — there is also a high chance you might encounter harsher weather, with snowfall forecast. You never know what you'll get!”.
