Alawar recently shared an update on Beholder Conductor. A free playtest has been launched on PC via Steam, giving players a chance to check out the game.
In Beholder Conductor, the developers invite players to step into the shoes of a train conductor, and the gameplay rules should feel very familiar to fans of the previous installments:
“You are appointed senior conductor of the legendary train, which all citizens of our vast country are delighted to see in their city. Your duties are to maintain order in the carriage assigned to you and provide assistance to passengers along the way. Your tools are reporting, intimidation, search, and ejection from the journey. Remember: the conductor is always right.”
Alawar warns: “Please note – this is an early version of the game, so you may encounter bugs.”
To join the Beholder Conductor playtest, visit the game's page on Steam via this link, then click the “Request Access” button — typically, access to the test build is granted to your account immediately after submitting the request.
