Starfield modder adds playable Mass Effect Normandy with detailed interior and adapts AI for NPCs

Enthusiasts continue to experiment with Starfield. Someone decided to port a famous ship from the Mass Effect universe.

While waiting for the new Mass Effect, some fans are not staying idle. One enthusiast built a playable Normandy for Starfield.

Arrokoth7323 released the mod “Mass Effect - Normandy SR1 (Interior - Exterior) (v2.2)”. This is not a replacement for any existing in-game model, but a standalone flyable ship. It features not only the recognizable exterior, but the modder also recreated the interior.

A setup was prepared so that the crew doesn’t get stuck anywhere: “The ship interior is fully navmeshed, ensuring full mobility for AI-controlled crew members.”

Making modifications via the Ship Builder is not recommended, as there is a risk of breaking the navmesh for AI characters.

You can purchase the Normandy in Starfield from a new vendor, Systems Alliance, at the landing pads of the New Atlantis spaceport.

The Mass Effect - Normandy SR1 (Interior - Exterior) (v2.2) mod is distributed for free via Nexus Mods.
