Recently, Mechanics VoiceOver (R.G. MVO) announced Russian voice acting for Split Fiction. The localizers launched a fundraiser, and it turned out to be overwhelmingly productive.
There were so many people willing to support the production of the Russian localization of Split Fiction that the system proved unprepared for such an influx of users — the fundraiser was frozen, and Mechanics VoiceOver explained the situation:
“Friends, thank you for actively supporting our new project Split Fiction!
You are so awesome that Tanody, through which the fundraising is organized on VKontakte, was shocked by your activity and temporarily suspended fundraising on its end.
Of course, we have already contacted the app's technical support. When it becomes available again, we will definitely announce it.
The remaining fundraising platforms in the form of DonationAlerts and Boosty are still available. Also, if you wish, you can transfer directly to us to one of our cards (in this case, there will be no fees for us).
We apologize for any inconvenience!”.
