According to the CWA, Bethesda refuses to provide data on employee bonuses and an equity compensation plan. At the same time, similar information is accessible in the US, where negotiations have already led to tentative agreements.
CWA Canada President Carmel Smyth stated that Microsoft and Bethesda are acting insultingly, treating Canadian workers like “second-class citizens”.
The complaint was filed with the Canada Industrial Relations Board. If violations are confirmed, Bethesda may be ordered to alter its approach to negotiations.
