Uncontrolled cyborg: Hot Toys unveils RoboCain figure from “RoboCop 2”

RoboCain, the main antagonist of “RoboCop 2”, will get a new figure from Hot Toys in 2026 featuring a large number of components and LED lighting.

Hot Toys has announced a 1/6th scale figure of RoboCain from “RoboCop 2”. It will be available for pre-order for 3,380 Hong Kong dollars (about 34,000 rubles).

The height of this collectible item, composed of more than 200 components, is 40 cm. The set includes a body with 100 points of articulation, painted in dark gray tones with specially applied weathering effects.

RoboCain features four articulated mechanical arms, articulated mechanical legs (with moveable feet and claws), shoulder armor equipped with an LED light-up function (white light), and two interchangeable head and neck modules: one with an articulated head, and the other with a light-up function.

The figure is equipped with an opening chest hatch door, hydraulic rods for lifting function, and a 360-degree rotating joint in the waist area.

In addition, the set includes one detachable shoulder cannon, a remote control, a display stand with a nameplate and the movie logo, and a metallic RoboCain collectible card. 

The release of this item is expected in the third or fourth quarter of 2026. Incidentally, Hot Toys also intends to release a new RoboCop figure around the same time.
