Hell Let Loose: Vietnam has been announced and will be a separate game, a full-fledged sequel to the series.
The creators of the original Hell Let Loose, which is considered one of the most realistic military shooters, have stated that they will not leave the first part without support. A separate team of developers has been allocated for it, which will be engaged in updates and improvements in the coming years.
As for the new game, Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is being created on Unreal Engine 5, which is expected to increase system requirements compared to HLL. The authors note that one of the areas of work was to improve training materials - an element that was poorly implemented in the first part.
In the FAQ, the developers explained that the project could not be released as an add-on: the new graphics and sound engine required separate development. It is also known that the release will take place not only on PC, but also on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The release of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is scheduled for 2026. An open beta will be held before launch. As in the previous game, a single-player campaign is not provided - the project is completely focused on large-scale online battles in the 50 vs 50 format.
