The question arises - is this a serious error or another internet panic? So far, the situation looks more like the latter, but Microsoft is still studying the problem together with storage manufacturers. No company has yet made an official statement.
According to Windows Latest, the problems occur almost exclusively in Japan and on a limited scale. The error occurs when copying very large files to an SSD if the drive is more than 60% full. The authors advise not to rush to remove the update and remain calm.
Microsoft continues to investigate and is preparing a comment.
